Make sure that you have your anti-virus program running and updated. Check it's status regularly.





It takes time and effort to fix and avoid these threats. Be sure to be dilligent about reporting SPAM and unsolicited e-mail.

i have 3 words for you :





spybot, adaware, spy sweeper


all of those programs are free (or at least have a free trial version that will remove all the spyware).


don't even think about using any other anty-spyware software (well, except maybe Microsoft Anty spyware and ZoneAlarm antispyware if they are allready there) cause u might get a spyware with the anty-spyware...
I highly recommend you download superantispyware. It will fix those problems. It is VERY VERY effective and yes it is free.
you need to maintain your computer with a spyware removal program. I reccommend using a combination of ad-aware and spybot s%26amp;d
you can downloaded on a website but it better to buy it at a store because if you want it free it got a virus it mostly.
You can use Spybot S%26amp;D from www.safer-networking.org. It is well supported and free.
If you are getting messages to install a adware program, don't accept it or do it, it might be a virus that is fake and it's trying to install something else.





Make sure to have a Firewall installed soon and some of these programs below. NEVER, accept anything else that you don't know what it is.

hi, spyware is a disgusting and infamous virus. perhaps you can try Norton or Mcafee to remove the virus, but you should pay for the software.





i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.





besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.





firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
