Is their any birth control that doesn't have the risk of heart attack and stroke?

i have VERY high risk of having a heart attack and stroke already, and i want to go on birth control so if you know it would be greatly apprecaitedIs their any birth control that doesn't have the risk of heart attack and stroke?
IUDs such as Mirena or Paraguard. Mirena is very effective (99.9%) because it contains a small amount of progesterone, but that doesn't increase the heart attack/stroke risk. You should have at least one child for this, though.

Barrier methods such as diaphrams, cervical caps, condoms work too.Is their any birth control that doesn't have the risk of heart attack and stroke?
thank you so much!
