Are there any birth control pills that don't cause weight gain or increase the risk for breast cancer?

No birth control pills cause weight gain - research has shown no weight gain in women taking the pill.

The pill only slightly increase the risk of being diagnosed with breast cancer, but it is thought that this may actually be that if you are being prescribed the pill you are more likely to get checked for breast cancer. So its not increasing the amount of breast cancer, but actually making it be diagnosed earlier.

The pill dramatically reduces the risk of endometrial and ovarian cancer. And can also reduce the risk of colorectal cancer. Are there any birth control pills that don't cause weight gain or increase the risk for breast cancer?
The slight increase in breast cancer is more than off set by a much bigger decrease in womb and ovary cancer rates for most women taking the pill. I know which I'd rather my wife had.
