Yea, pretty bad. If you are overweight or stressed a lot your risks are even higher. You need to quit smoking. It increases your risk of cancer, stroke, all kinds of nasty things. It also makes you smell really bad to people who don't smoke. I know you Think you cover it up really well, but trust me, non-smokers can SMELL you coming from 10 feet away.
