Depending on the pill that you are on, the amount of hormones released into your system can vary and effect you emotionally and physically. Also, the pill only protects against pregnancy, not sexually transmitted disease. If, for any reason, you feel that your partner is not being monogamous, use a condom.
If you don't trust your partner then yes wear a condom. But if your in a serious relationship and know that neither of you have anything then as long as you've been on the pill for 2 weeks then No he doesn't need to wear one.
