im sixteen and im not having sex, but im going on acutane with causes birth defects so my doctor wants me to go on yaz. my dad is literally freaking out saying im gonna die from it and hes being ridiculous. so what are the real risks of birth control?What are the risks of birth control?

birth control carries a small risk of blood clots, wich can cause heart attacks and strokes. but its so rare in young people that its nothing to worry about. if you smoke then stop because that hightens the risk a little.





tell your dad to chill, if birth control killed people does he really think they would keep perscribing it to people
