There is always a risk, no birth control method is 100% except for abstinence, but as long as you took all the pills in your first pack you are protected!Taken birth control for one month and had unprotected sex in day 2 of 2nd pack, am i at risk?
No birth control is 100% effective. If you don't want to get pregnant or contract an STD or HIV then it is smart to use condoms as well as birth control. Yes some birth control will take up to a month to become effective. If you aren't taking it at the same time every day and have missed or taken any late then there is a higher possibility that you are pregnant. If you are worried then wait and see if you miss your period and then take a test. You should use condoms from here on out or you can end up pregnant or with an STD or HIV.

Don't believe ANYONE who says they are ';clean'; because they are just saying that so they don't have to use protection and you are putting yourself at risk for a very deadly disease called AIDS.
You should be fine.
Birth control usually isnt effective until 3 full months of taking it. I would do some research on the pill that you are taking.
