Complicated question. Some hormone replacement therapies for menopausal women certainly do. But there is no evidence that birth control pills increase you risk of breast cancer, UNLESS you use them for a LONG time before your first pregnancy. And that could just be because having a child before you turn thirty reduces your risk of breast cancer, as does nursing a baby.
